One of the primary reasons I'm sending this email is to pass along thoughts and details from someone that was at the recent special meeting. I received this email from Joe Reid who is one of the people at the very top of our organization. Since Joe was in agreement with the report and analysis Lynford put together, Joe sent this out to some of the leaders in his downline to in turn share with their group.

See that report below at the end of my remarks. Now for the second reason for this email. As you may or may not know, this company like most do not allow distributors to have access to the contact information of the distributors in your downline other than the people you personally enrolled.

This is done to try and prevent such tactics as what we've recently encountered. I'm referring to the email from Phil Piccolo who is also known under some other alias. In an effort to both sabotage 4-ecorp and sponsor people into a new competing company recently did a spam email blast to most if not all of the distributors in 4-ecorp.

As I understand it, this proprietary information distributor email addresses was taken illegally by an employee for monetary gain and is now being used as a form of industrial sabotage. I'm not going to spend a lot of time on this type of negativity. I will let 4-ecorp handle any legal issues on this matter. I've already received calls and emails from many that saw through this tactic.

I will simply say that his reputation precedes him and because of his reputation he has been tagged with the title of "The one man internet crime wave. Please read the meeting report at the end of my email following some final thoughts and comments. I want to make it clear that I am a human being and therefore I am imperfect along with everyone else.

In my many years of business life I've made my share of mistakes and a few wrong choices regardless of my efforts to always make the choices I thought were the most ethical and honorable. I've learned many life lessons from my mistakes and the mistakes of others. The important thing is that I do not let those mistakes destroy my dreams. I simply learn from those mistakes and move on with my business life a little wiser.

I've learned that there are no guarantees in life, business or otherwise. When looking at a business opportunity you do the best due diligence you can and make a decision and then give it your best effort. I've said all of that to say this. There are no perfect companies!

There are no perfect companies because all companies are made up of imperfect human beings who make mistakes. That of course includes 4-ecorp. We each have to make a decision about which imperfect companies we want to do business with. I know how good the Ethos FR product is! I know the positive results I've experienced. I'm going to continue to build my 4-ecorp business and allow this imperfect company time to prove itself and bring everything up to speed.

Each of you reading this email will need to make your own choice. Some of you may feel better throwing your business into neutral right now and wait on the sidelines until you see the shipping brought current and the customer service dept including the new phone system brought up to speed before you get back to building your business.

Report and Analysis of Ethos FR June 13, Reported by Lynford Theobald I just returned today from San Diego, California after spending the entire previous day with the owners and management of both Ethos FR and 4-E Corporation.

Approximately 50 distributors from the United States, United Kingdom, Malaysia, Hong Kong, Canada and Australia had been invited to attend a special conference at the new Ethos factory and shipping facility in San Diego. As you may or may not know, there are several other network-marketing companies promoting and marketing products which claim to reduce emissions and improve gas mileage for gasoline and diesel engines.

Recently a great deal of controversy has arisen, especially since one of those companies was recently given a Cease and Desist order from the Texas Attorney General. Numerous different distributors and others with special interests from each of those other companies have made innuendoes, inferences, potential slanderous statements and possibly downright lies, denigrating the product Ethos FR, the company, 4-E Corporation and their owners.

When as a distributor for 4-E Corp you are bombarded with such an attack, unless you are very knowledgeable about the true facts, it is very difficult to defend against it, and it would certainly tend to weaken your confidence and even stop you in your tracks.

That is one of the primary reasons 4-E Corp and Ethos FR jointly decided to invite a few top leaders to come to San Diego and meet with them so they could set the record straight and give us the ammunition we all needed to take back to our organizations. I listened very carefully, took lots of notes and could write a report 10 to 20 pages long and bore you all to death.

I will, however, provide you the distillation of the huge amount of information we received. First, I would like to give you my bottom-line assessment in a paragraph or two, then I will provide some back up detail for clarification.

If you are a 4-E distributor right now and part of our BizBuilder Systems team, time will show that you have made a very wise choice.
