I passed the 7 with the skin of my teeth, while some people get fired for scoring a 65 don't get a chance. You can work your entrie career at Scottrade and earn an average living. While the company has never had a layoff, the poorest performing employees still work there. The company is conservative, but it also means being the last one to the proverbial party in terms of technology and products. Management and HQ is not customer-centric, but rather statistics and metrics-focused. Those who have ambition leave after a few years for better opportunities.
